Stevenson’s teaching and research focuses on the development of linguistic and intercultural proficiency with a special interest in ethnographic interview techniques and in-country project-based research in collaboration with local students and faculty during study abroad. He is also the founder of Proyecto Nehemías, a Spanish-language publishing house which produces content on faith and work, whole-life discipleship, theological education, and resilience in ministry for digital and print distribution.
